Settio is relocation management and work permit software for relocation agencies, immigration agencies and HR teams moving people into any of the 27 EU countries, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland or the Gulf. Every one of those countries has its own plan, written against the authority's own pages: the country's permit route (the Czech employee card, the Polish work permit, the Dutch single permit, the EU Blue Card and more), the offices that decide it and the steps before and after arrival. For each case Settio builds that plan and adds the move around it (registering with the authorities, housing, school places and the first weeks), collects and checks documents through client and employee portals, watches deadlines, turns an agency's price list into quotes and milestone invoices, and keeps permits on track after arrival (expiry and renewals in every country, and in Sweden the salary against the permit's terms every month). 32 of them also have a public country guide with its official sources, 15 with dated salary levels. Settio is software only: it never sells immigration services and its guidance is not legal advice. It is made by Settio Partners AB (org. nr 559587-0303) in Västerås, Sweden, and customer data is stored in the EU.
