Plan every hire
Every hire gets a plan. Nobody has to remember the next step.
Work-permit hires stall between recruitment, HR and the agency. Deadlines live in someone's head, and the start date slips. Answer a few questions about the person and the job. Settio builds the steps, the owners, the deadlines and the document list, and moves them when the start date moves.

Try it
Move the start date. Watch the plan follow.
A fictional hire and five steps. Move the start a few weeks either way: the deadlines move with it, and a step that can no longer be met turns late and goes to the top.

In every plan
The steps, the owners, the dates.
- Built from your answersThe route first, then the person and the job. Questions that depend on the route appear once it is chosen.
- An owner for every stepThe employee, the client, the agency or the authority. Reminders go to the people who own the step.
- Dates that count backFrom the start date, the arrival, the decision or another step. A date the law sets is marked, and nobody can move it.
- In the right orderA step that waits on others stays locked until they are done.
- A realistic first dayThe earliest likely start, from how long decisions take in your own cases, with travel time added.
- Ready to file? Before anything goes in, Settio lists what still blocks the application. A person signs off when nothing does.
How it works
Three steps.
- 1
Start a hire
Person, job, salary and start date. About four minutes.
- 2
Get the plan
Steps for the permit and the move in the destination country, counted back from the start date, each with an owner.
- 3
Work through it
Steps that depend on others stay locked until they're ready. Overdue work shows first.
For everyone on the case
Each person sees their part.
Before you file
Nothing goes in half ready.
Ready to file? lists what still blocks the application: missing documents, differences between them, a passport that ends too soon. A person signs off when the list is empty.
- A new start date, salary or permit shows the new plan before it applies
- Finished steps and their files stay when a plan changes
- Undo a plan change for 30 days
- Rule changes wait for a person to confirm them

What HR gets
- One board of every hire and what's due this week
- Locked steps so nothing is filed out of order
- Changes to the start date move every deadline
For agencies
- Your consultants see every client's hires, with the steps your team owns highlighted.
FAQ
Plan every hire: questions
Which countries are supported?
Every EU country, all 27 member states, plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and the Gulf (the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman). Each country has its own plan written against the authority's own pages: its permit route (the Czech employee card, the Polish work permit, the Dutch single permit, the EU Blue Card and more), the offices that decide it and the steps before and after arrival, and every case shows only its own country's rules. Every EU country also has a public country guide with its official sources, and many list dated salary levels. Salary monitoring against the permit runs in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden; in every other country Settio tracks the permit's expiry and opens the renewal steps in time. Working with a country that isn't listed? Tell us: we're happy to help and to coordinate it with you.
Who writes the rules behind the plans?
Settio's compliance team, with a legal review workflow built in. The plan supports your decisions; your adviser gives the advice.
What if the start date changes?
Settio shows the new plan before it applies it, keeps finished steps and their files, and lets you undo the change for 30 days.
Can we move a deadline?
A suggested date, yes. A date the law sets is marked as such and stays where it is.
